MIKE BALTOSIEWICH HAS JOINED
THE OXFORD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC.
Michael J. Baltosiewich, CPA is responsible for sourcing transactions, acquisition review, acquisition selection and financing activities for portfolio companies. He is located in The Oxford Investment Group's Michigan office.
Mr. Baltosiewich is a former partner and member of the management committee of the Certified Public Accounting firm of Plante & Moran. He was Executive VP and CFO for a computer dealer and lessor where he closed lease transactions of approximately one half a billion dollars per year, developed a public income fund and organized the sale of the company to a public insurance company. He was the General Manager and CFO for the largest electrical contractor in the Midwest for which he implemented an ESOP. He was also the Executive VP and CFO for an IT services company based in the Midwest, assisted in its development into a market leader and eventually organized its sale to a public IT services company.
Mr. Baltosiewich has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Detroit.
